🔄 5. Refund & Return Policy
We strive to deliver value through every campaign. However, in some cases:
✅ Eligible for Partial Refund:
- If the campaign is canceled before publishing and no services have been utilized.
- If the ad is rejected during review, and no alternate proposal is accepted.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
- Once the ad is published/live on website or social media.
- If performance expectations (like views or clicks) are not met, unless performance-based pricing was agreed in writing.
- If cancellation is requested after agreed timelines or due to client-side delays or non-response.
All refund requests must be made in writing via email within 7 working days of payment.
